  Class Etiquette – what to do and what to bring to your sessions.  
 
  • Please note all our sessions are 55 minutes.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time to unwind, get changed and hydrate.
  • Please bring a sweat towel.
  • Please wear loose comfortable clothes and socks. If you forget your socks and most of us do, you can purchase them at reception.
  • Book your spot in advance by emailing [email protected] or call  +60 12 205 3162 to make your appointment
  • We accept bookings for paid sessions only.
  • 24-hrs notice applies if not your session will be charged.
  • The instructor reserves the right to not allow clients who are late or present with any pathologies. Please have a chat with the instructor or reception about a class that is the best fit for you.
